（美国·纽约3日讯）美国克利夫兰一家电台宣布，因接获听众投诉，指经典圣诞歌曲Baby It's Cold Outside的歌词，疑是暗示约会强奸，决定禁播。

Baby It's Cold Outside是音乐人Frank Loesser 1944年的作品，多年来曾被多名歌手翻唱，包括Lady Gaga。乐曲由一男一女对唱，讲述男子尝试说服女伴留在其家中多喝一杯，互相作伴，不要在寒冷天气中归家。

歌词中，女子对男子的邀约多番拒绝：「我真的要走」，「我的答案是不行」，「这杯饮品里有什么？」;男子则步步进逼：「你不介意我靠近些吧？」，「伤害我的自尊有什么意义？」

不少论者都视此曲是男子在约会中无视女子意愿，对其性侵的情境。不过亦有历史学者指出，此曲诞生的年代，未婚女子若在男子家中过夜，是会招来非议，认为歌中女子实质想留下，拒绝的借口只是掩饰情欲。

专辑播放圣诞歌曲的电台Star 102就决定停播歌曲。主持人安德森（Glenn Anderson）撰文称，在现今世代反性侵的#MeToo运动给予女性应有的发言权之际，这首歌并不妥当。

克利夫兰强奸危机中心主席米勒（Sondra Miller）称，歌中的角色不断说不，“不要就是不要，应该停止”。
