（波兰卡多维斯15日讯）经过13天累人的马拉松谈判，近200个国家今天终于就落实巴黎气候协定的规则手册达成协议。

这表示，所有国家都同意采取行动，将全球升温幅度限制在“远低于”摄氏2度，以避免地球暖化所造成的最严重后果。
